I felt confident leaving my vehicle and never once felt talked down to or like I was being taken advantage of.The invoice clearly listed what was done and a heads up given for services that may be needed in the future.Pricing was incredibly reasonable. Ive Been using Metzke Automotive since they opened and wouldnt use anyone else. I own 4 cars and take all 4 too them from just a normal service to upgrades in suspension clutch and exhaust. I recommend them to all my family and friends and recommend you use them 2!

Have used Metzke Automotive many times, and always went to Ben for all mechanical work even before he opened this business. The work is always done to a very high standard, and the mechanics never make you feel pressured into unnecessary work. Would highly recommend

Kalgoorlie’s backyard patch-up mechanics!!! Ben fitted a new clutch to my Nissan Patrol, one week later drove to Perth and had engine oil pissing out of my Bell Housing, which upon further inspection was found to have several bolts missing around the Bell Housing to the Engine Block. Ben was nothing but aggressive and rude when contacted about the situation, and his excuses were worse than his workmanship... stating “my car was old and rusted” and that “I rushed him through the job”!Also reported to him at the time that the car was overheating and had significant power loss… came back to me saying that it was inspected and that he could not find ANY faults! When the vehicle was further inspected by another mechanic, a completely disintegrated and open air-intake hose in plane site from the airbox to the Turbo was found! This could've blown my whole engine up!Absolute amateurs trying to make it in Kalgoorlie’s competitive and professional AutoMechanics Industry. If you want your car to be reliable and safe for the Holiday Season go somewhere else! If you have had similar issues with this AutoMechanic please file a formal complaint with the ACCC, and if this trend continues their MRB license will be revoked at the next renewal process!Would not recommend Metzke Automotive to anyone... unless you want your car to blow up! There are several more professional and experienced Mechanics in Kalgoorlie!

Metzke were recommended to me when having issues with my Hilux. They provided a quote for the issue and awaited my instruction and fixed my problem. Where they stand out is with their aftercare, they went out of their way to make sure i was satisfied and even popped out to my house.Absolutely brilliant and honest. Would highly recommend to anyone.
