I had the misfortune to call this place because I needed to get my car serviced. Hazel answered the phone. She was very rude and nasty. She lacks manners and common decency. She also has a serious attitude problem. I decided to take my car somewhere else where the people are more polite and friendly.

Major damage to brain cells sustained before we could even make it to the appointment. Customer Service 0/5My partner had booked this service 3 weeks in advance and was told there would be a loan car for him to use. The day before his appointment, he called to confirm there would be a loan car as he had an important appointment to attended to after dropping off his car. A woman picked up the phone and rudely stated there would be no loan car for him because it had broken down. No apologies for the inconvenience, lack of communication, for not being able to provide the services they promised, nothing. When my partner asked if there would be another loan car available, she responded with an attitude saying something like 'cars break down, it happens' and continued to layer on more counterproductive responses.No solution was offered, no communication was provided to notify my partner that there would no longer be a loan car so other arrangements could be made, and no understanding from her end. The only reason he found out about the loan car no longer being available was because he called. As the final gesture of patience, my partner asked when the load car would be fixed/available so he could reschedule the servicing and she said 'I don't know, cars break down'. He cancelled the appointment altogether.

I have used European Prestige Auto Service and Repairs Perth for my BMW several times now, twice for diagnostics and repair, one electrical and one for an oil leak. Both times they have found the problems and rectified them. I have found the service professional and extremely efficient. I will use these guys in the future.

After reading a few of the reviews on this place, I was a bit hesitant to take my car there but as my car was still under a car warranty I thought I would give it a go. I found the lady at reception Hazel to be friendly and helpful to me as was the other staff member who took me to my car. I will use European Prestige again as I am a happy customer

Took my BMW320i there for the first time. They did an excellent job finding the source of the problem and solving it, went back there again to fix a couple of oil leaks, and again the did an excellent job. Top customer service and great service offered. I had a small issue that I was planning to fix myself, when I mentioned it at the counter, Hazel explained how I can do it easily but then fixed it for me anyway and did not charge me. It was my first visit to the shop but I was treated like a VIP. Totally recommend these guys for your European car

My first time using European Prestige today to service my Mini and check a door lock fault. I can only say I recieved friendly and professional service. Their advice was very pragmatic in terms of recommending what work to be done now and what can be delayed considering the age of the car and amount of use it gets. Many thanks.

My BMW N52 engine has giving me problems for a week now. Its a big relief that i found a good BMW service in Perth. I said i had N54 and M62 engine types back at my garage and this N52 is the one that I cant manage to fix by myself. Good job to German Auto Meisters team!

Good morning Hazel.Just wanted to say to BIG thank you to you, Pasan, and Manfred your very accommodating mechanic; for locating the source of the irritating “squeaking noise” coming from the engine bay of my Peugeot 308 CC.Thank you personally for then doing due diligence and then managing to locate the parts required, and luckily all 3 required parts were available and delivered to your garage.This enabled Manfred to commence his work in dismantling the surrounding area and removing the worn out parts in preparation to accept the new replacement parts.Not only was all this done with efficiency but you kept me company and we chatted about many things, and the time went quickly.It was lovely to meet your husband, John and Marco your very “independent” Chihuahua, and there was some gun to be had when Marco got himself locked in Johns BMW.All in all I had a really enjoyable and totally satisfying and happy experience, to boot my bill when it came was very reasonable.But for me most importantly was knowing that not only was your personal advise on “mechanical matters”, very true and astute, it was given freely and with only my (your Clients) best interests in mind.Although I looked around for Manfred, to thank him personally as well, I was unable to locate him, I suspect he was taking a break for his lunch, at that time.Please do convey my heart felt thanks to him, personally.All in all, this was certainly the very best experience I have ever had in relation to attending a Car repairing company since 1981 !!I was completely at home with everyone present, and felt confident that the work being conducted was honest and very professional.Honesty, integrity and professionalism is how I class European Prestige Auto ServiceAnd for me you are an especially talented honest and a very kind person.You run a business, but do so in style and with great care, understanding empathy, for everyone.Thank you and the team for the work and company.You will be seeing me again, for sure.
